Annie’s Place

4-H is the largest youth organization in the United States with more than 7 million participants.  The four H’s represent Head, Heart, Hands and Health.  In 4-H you get to “Learn by Doing” and meet new friends that share your interests.  During meetings you learn how to accomplish the goals of your projects, how to run a business meeting, and how to do demonstrations about your projects.

The focus of this club is HORSES!

Annie’s Place is focused on a strong foundation when teaching students to ride.  What better place to start than 4-H!  We all value responsibility and the rewards of hard work.  Learning about and how to care for horses from the ground is so important.

This club meets every other Tuesday at from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm at Annie’s Place through September.  Attendees should wear clothes they can get dirty, boots with a heel in dry weather and muck boots in wet weather.  All club meeting activities will be un-mounted.  Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the meeting.  See Calendar of Events for additional meeting dates.
